What is 3AM?+
A functional candy brand. Our first product is a round, individually wrapped lollipop made for long nights and active days.
What's in each pop?+
50 mg caffeine, 50 mg L-theanine, five electrolyte sources (pink Himalayan salt plus sodium, potassium, magnesium, and calcium citrate), 50 mg vitamin C, and 250 mcg vitamin B12. Every product page has the full breakdown and what each ingredient does.
How much caffeine is in one?+
50 mg per pop, about half a cup of coffee. Contains caffeine (50 mg per lollipop). Not for children. Not recommended for people sensitive to caffeine or who are pregnant or nursing. Consult your doctor before use if you have a medical condition or take medication. Keep out of reach of children.
Why caffeine and L-theanine together?+
L-theanine is an amino acid found in tea leaves. It's commonly paired with caffeine to support calm, focused energy.*
How fast do you ship?+
Orders ship in 1–2 business days within the US. Shipping is based on pack size and shown before you pay.
What's shipping protection?+
An optional $3.99 add-on. If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, email hello@3amcandy.com within 14 days and we'll reship it free.
Do you ship outside the US?+
Not yet. US addresses only for now.
Can I carry 3AM in my venue, gym, or hotel?+
